Bridging the Gap Between People of Color and Independent Schools

We partner with Los Angeles area independent schools to create pathways for underrepresented students and families of color to access, navigate, and thrive in private education.

  • STUDENT PLACEMENT

We guide, support, and represent students and families of color throughout the private school admissions process and for the duration of their independent school journey.

Are you considering Los Angeles area private schools for a student of color?

  • EDUCATOR PLACEMENT

We help qualified educators of color find employment at independent schools and provide ongoing professional development for our annual educator cohort.

Are you an educator of color ready to take the next step in your career?

  • DEIA ACCREDITATION

We offer a first-of-its-kind Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accountability (DEIA) Accreditation to support schools in creating equitable learning communities where all students can thrive.

Is your school accredited in DEIA best practices?

A Better Learning Environment for All Students

We envision diverse private school communities that ensure equal opportunity for all students and educators in Los Angeles. Research concludes that diverse learning populations lead to better outcomes for all students. By supporting more students and educators of color to access private school opportunities, we improve learning for all and take strides toward a more equitable society as a whole.

Not only do we equip students and educators with the tools they need to join independent schools, we also work to ensure that the schools themselves employ best DEIA practices through our DEIA Professional Development and Accreditation. Only then can schools authentically address the needs of students of color while creating an environment where all students can thrive.
