Cherie is the Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development, Human Resources at Capital Group. She has specialized in global talent management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion for over 25 years, working in a variety of industries including financial services, technology, aerospace, healthcare, and logistics.
Cherie has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership, HR Management and Organizational Behavior and is an Appointed Member of Harvard's Corporate Learning Partners' Advisory Council. She has an undergraduate degree in psychology from UC Berkeley, MBA from Pepperdine, and Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Cherie has consulted nonprofit organizations on their talent strategies, board governance, and leadership development. She is deeply passionate about driving equity and inclusion in all settings, and creating development paths in nonprofits for corporate leaders to learn and refine their leadership skills while giving back in a meaningful way.
