Aaron Mieszczanski is a Consultant in the Education & Social Impact Practice at Spencer Stuart. He previously served as the Head of Admission and Enrollment at Harvard-Westlake School for four years and the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at San Francisco University High School for five years. He also worked at The Thacher School for five years as the Senior Associate Director of Admission and Coordinator of Multicultural Outreach, and was an advisor to sophomore boys and coached basketball and soccer.
Aaron currently serves as a member of the board of trustees for the Educational Records Bureau, and the selection committee for the Caroline D. Bradley Scholarship from the Institute for Educational Advancement. He has also served as a member of the Enrollment Management Association’s Admission Leadership Council, where he co-chaired the Mentorship Initiative to support the development of admission professionals. He is a graduate of the Ethical Culture Fieldston School in New York City, has a B.A. in History from Williams College, and an M.S.Ed. in Independent School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
