Rasheda is the Assistant Head of School for Equity, Inclusion, and Counseling at Westland School in Los Angeles. She is also a consultant for VISIONS, Inc., a non-profit training and consulting organization specializing in diversity and inclusion. She provides training, coaching, and workshops focused on developing and sustaining inclusive schools and organizations. Rasheda believes that personal and organizational growth occur through reflective practice, knowledge, and skill building. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at Wildwood School for 18 years, and was the founding director of the Multicultural Leadership Institute hosted by Wildwood Outreach Program.
Rasheda earned her B.A. in Sociology at California State University, Fullerton and a Master's degree in Psychology at Pepperdine University.
